About the villa

For those wanting Florida’s ever-popular tourist hotspots on their doorstep, then look no further than our designer five bedroom three bathroom villa, on the prestigious community of Indian Creek! Walt Disney World can be reached within a 10-minute drive, with Universal Studios being slightly further at around 25 minutes by car. The villa is located just off the US192 with its large selection of shops, bars and restaurants sure to satisfy any tastes or budgets! After a long day having fun at all the parks, you can return to our beautifully modern villa with its private pool deck and woodland views to the rear, or, for those with energy left to burn, there is a well-stocked games room waiting to play host to many more family memories!

The private pool deck benefits greatly by having nature views of the conservation area to the rear of the property. Here you will also enjoy an external dining area, sun longer and a place to relax with your family and enjoy a meal out in the open air, away from the busy tourist attractions.

The property is licensed and registered in the State of Florida and conforms to all the latest legal and safety requirements including smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, patio door alarm (So children cannot enter the pool area without supervision). Entry is only permitted and monitored through your own unique access code on the electronic door. For additional security there are also CCTV cameras externally to the front and sides of the villa (excluding pool area).

Cleaning and maintenance of our home is a high priority and our hand picked Management Company ensure this is completed to our very high standards. Andy, Mandy and Kayleigh are on call 24 hours a day in case you have any problems or just need a little advice during your stay with us.

Rooms

Family Living area: Our villa boasts a large open plan Living, dining and kitchen area, with plenty of seating for all. With a vaulted ceiling design, the area feels very spacious and bright. The family area has a large HD T.V with lots of cable channels, there is also a dvd player and Amazon Alexa devices for additional enjoyment. The villa is also connected with super-fast broadband and wi-fi for our guests use.

Kitchen / Dining room: Our open plan kitchen has everything you will need to help keep the family fuelled. New, Modern stainless appliances include a Electric Oven & Grill, Microwave, Dishwasher, and a large American Fridge Freezer with ice maker and filtered water. In addition there is also a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, waste disposal unit and all of the plates, cups, cutlery and utensils you will ever need. There are also two dining tables with adequate seating for 10 persons and also a breakfast bar with another 2 bar stools.

Games Room: The games room proves to be very popular room with both children and adults. For those with a competitive spirit inside you will find a large 7ft pool table, Electronic Air Hockey and Football tables for all to enjoy. There is also seating for players waiting for their turn or just for those cheering people on from the sides.

Master Bedroom: As with all of our rooms, the master bedroom has recently received a full make-over. Inside you will find a large King size bed, bedside drawers, Chest of drawers with mirror, ceiling fan, HD T.V and air conditioning. The bedroom also overlooks the pool and conservation area to the rear. Leading off the bedroom is the master En-Suite consisting of a vanity unit with two sinks, bath/tub, walk in shower and a separate walk in wardrobe.

Front Double Bedroom: The double bedroom located at the front of the property incorporates an elegant arched window design. Inside there is a large double queen bed, chest of drawers with mirror, built in closet and HD T.V with cable channels. Opposite the bedroom you will find a bathroom for convenience.

Rear Double Bedroom: The second double bedroom is located at the rear of the property, like our master bedroom this overlooks the pool and conservation area. In the bedroom there is a double queen bed with chest of drawers, walk in closet and HD T.V with Cable channels. Again there is a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Harry Potter room: The Harry Potter room has been a very popular addition to the villa with our guests. Inside you will find two twin beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in closet. There is also a HD T.V with cable channels and a dvd player for added enjoyment.

Disney Themed room: Just like our Harry Potter room, we get lots of lovely guest reviews regarding the Disney themed bedroom. Inside you will find two twin beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in closet. There is also a HD T.V with cable channels and a dvd player.

Bathrooms: There are three fully equipped bathrooms within the villa. Each has a power shower, bath/tub, toilet, sink and vanity unit and plenty of towels for all.

Utility area: The utility area is incorporated within the games room. Here you will find a large washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. We also provide additional bedding for the villa, iron and ironing board.
